Our three-year Strategic Plan (FY2026-2029) sets out Praxis Youth’s vision, theory of change, program objectives and financial projections. It is published here in the interests of transparency and to support prospective funding partners in understanding our direction.

Strategic Priorities: FY2026–2029
1. Build and prove the model
Establish Praxis Youth’s casework program, develop our referral pathways, and generate the early outcome data needed to demonstrate proof of concept for our housing-first approach.
2. Secure sustainable funding
Diversify our funding base across government contracts, philanthropic grants, and individual giving. Build the financial foundations needed to sustain and scale our programs beyond the start-up phase.
3. Build governance and organisational capacity
Recruit a board of directors, establish robust governance and compliance frameworks, and build the team and systems needed to operate a credible, well-run charity.
4. Contribute to sector and policy reform
Use our on-the-ground experience to contribute to evidence-based advocacy, build partnerships with aligned organisations, and ensure the voices of young people with lived experience are heard in policy debate.
